Registration for the conference is priced as follows:

Standard full-price 200.00
Early-bird student/non-salaried 155.00
Student/non-salaried full-price 180.00

The early bird fees are applicable for registrations completed on or before 15 March 2026. Full price applies to registrations from 16 to 30 March 2026.

Accommodation (A limited number of rooms has been reserved in the Colleges below):

  • Single room B&B at Murray Edwards College: £85 per night
  • Twin room B&B at Murray Edwards College: £130 per night
  • Single room B&B at Churchill College (5-10 minutes walk from the venue): £106.20 per night

Extras

  • Conference dinner (Friday 17th April; Dome Dining Hall, Murray Edwards College): £50
  • Punting tour with Rutherfords through the iconic Cambridge colleges (Thursday 16th or Saturday 18th April 7pm): £12.50
