Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentations
Each oral presentation is allocated a 30-minute slot, consisting of:
- 20 minutes for the presentation
- 7 minutes for questions and discussion
- 3 minutes for changeover between presentations
Poster Presentations
Poster boards can accommodate an A0 poster (84.1 × 118.9 cm) in either portrait or landscape orientation. The board surface is fabric, and pins for attaching posters to the boards will be provided. Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters to the conference.
